Barbara Maucher is a partner based in Noerr’s Düsseldorf office and a member of our Litigation, Arbitration & ADR practice group. Barbara has long-standing experience in major law firms in Germany and the US, where she provided US and German-speaking clients with cross-jurisdictional legal assistance on various matters. Her practice mainly focuses on representing clients from the energy, banking and IT sectors in arbitration proceedings relating to commercial and investment disputes. She also is often requested to act as an expert on German law regarding the cross-border taking of evidence.
