Benedikt Vogt

Benedikt Vogt advises companies and their bodies as well as private equity investors in M&A transactions and corporate law matters. His experience include private and public M&A transactions, joint ventures, co-investments, corporate restructurings and carve-outs. Benedikt Vogt also regularly advises on general corporate and capital market aspects as well as on special situations including shareholder activism.

Projects

  • CPPIB on co-investment in the public takeover offer for Axel Springer by KKR as well as in connection with the delisting offer 
  • German Economic Support Fund (Wirtschaftsstabilisierungsfonds – WSF) on additional financing package for TUI Group
  • Hyundai Motor Company in a public tender offer and private acquisition of a majority stake (jointly with Santander) in Sixt Leasing from Sixt SE
  • Hellman & Friedman/Blackstone Group on the public tender offer for Scout24
  • ZF Friedrichshafen in the takeover of WABCO 
  • Henkel on various transactions
  • Hyundai and KIA on the investment into IONITY, a joint venture established by several OEMs to set-up and operate a pan-European High-Power-Charging network for electric vehicles 
  • German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy on the sale of Adam Opel
  • Daimler and Daimler Financial Services in arbitration proceedings against the German Federal Government regarding the Toll Collect project and negotiations for its settlement
