Noerr advised Norddeutsche Landesbank –Girozentrale- on funding the acquisition of saracus consulting Group. The buyer is Maxburg Beteiligungen III, a fund advised by Maxburg Capital Partner GmbH. The transaction was successfully completed despite the coronavirus crisis.
